Title
A maximum of 200 characters typed in lower-case letters, except for abbreviations and study names. Please be careful that your title might be truncated if you copy and paste it into the field. The title does not include authors, institutions, city names, trademarks and abbreviations.
Authors and affiliations
You may enter up to 15 authors in the author's list, including the Presenter.
If you have more than 15 authors, you can use the “On behalf of” field (see above) to enter the name of an investigating team/study group.
The names of authors will be published as listed on the submission form. Please ensure you have entered the complete list of authors - Official contributors in the research submitted - and that the information given for each author is correct, as no changes will be possible after the abstract is submitted (see paragraph on changes and corrections above).
The authors’ order and details (names, cities, country codes) will be published as entered by the submitter.
An author may not revise or resubmit an abstract to make changes or corrections after this deadline; instead, the abstract may be withdrawn, or the error may be indicated during the presentation if accepted. Adding or removing authors after the abstract submission deadline is not permitted.
The submitter certifies and warrants that the list of authors is complete, that he/she has permission from all persons he/she enters as co-authors to be listed in this abstract, and that they know that their names will appear in all publications.
If the assigned presenter does not upload the abstract presentation in its required format by the Upload deadline – the abstract will be automatically withdrawn and removed from the scientific program and related publications.
Institutions
This is a mandatory step. All participating institutions should be listed as applicable.
 
Abstract Format
We recommend you structure your abstract using the following headings:

• Background/Introduction

• Purpose

• Methods

• Results

• Conclusion(s)

• Acknowledgements

The maximum abstract size is limited to 300 words.
In addition to your text, you can add up 1 picture, which is JPEG format (less than 2 MB and no larger than 1920 pixels(x) x 1080 pixels(y)).

Submitted abstracts will be selected by the scientific committee evaluation. Alignment with the conference theme or relevant sub-themes is essential. Originality and contribution to research, teaching, or practice are also key considerations. The purpose of the abstract should be clearly stated, with well-organized content and relevant sections. Additionally, evidence of thorough background reading and incorporation of state-of-the-art research is necessary. Clarity and conciseness in writing are important, ensuring ease of comprehension for readers. Lastly, abstracts should be likely to attract the interest of conference participants and attendees. 

Poster Presentation
Posters should be presented and printed in 70cm x 100 cm format. 
Posters should be displayed on poster stands on the first day of the congress.
The congress logo must be added to the posters.

Oral Presentation
Oral presentations should not exceed 15 min.
